Friends of the Hawks Mission Statement:
To work in partnership with our local organizations to support the Winnsboro immediate surrounding communities of Wood, Franklin, Camp, Hopkins and Upshur counties. Our objective as a 501(C)(3) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION is to mobilize the power of our volunteer member committees and the generosity of individual and business donors.
