The friends of the Hawks awarded two 1,500 scholarships to two very deserving graduating high school students this year. Receiving the two scholarships were Jordan Holland of Birthright, TX and Abigail Nichols of Winnsboro, TX. Mr. Holland plans to attend a welding school, and Miss Nichols is pursuing a medical career. The third photo is Ken Watts, the chairman of the scholarship committee, while he is presenting a scholarship at Winnsboro Hich School.
