     1. FOTH Bylaws (areas of concern)
     2. HAWKS Bylaws (areas of concern)
     3. Past HAWKS and FOTH Fund raining events
     4. FOTH Scholarship program bylaws run rules under current and past Chairman’s
     5. Student awarded scholarships
          a. Technical Schools
          b. Four schools districts
          c. FOTH Chairman Led and HAWKS committee members (per FOTH Bylaws)
      6. HAWKS August Board Elections
          a. Officer positions to fill
          b. Nominations
      7. FOTH November Board Elections
          a. Officer positions to fill
          b. Nominations
      8. Fund Raising Suggestions written and others discussed
      9. Winnsboro Area Chamber of Commerce
          a. Gun Show
          b. Car Show
          c. HAWKS support needed
     10. Current Gun Raffles for the Ken Prescod Annual Scholarship
     11. Grants to support Scholarship program and letter written by Denis Morey reviewed to aid with these pursuits
     12. Communication gaps between FOTH and HAWKS
          a. FOTH 501 (c)(3)• Friends of the Hawks Inc. is headquartered in Winnsboro, TX, has an EIN of 82-3411372, and is                a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax-deductible. FOTH classified by the IRS as a Charitable Organization,                  with a ruling year of 2018.
          b. HAWKS 501(c)(7)• Hawks Gun Club of East Texas Inc. is headquartered in Winnsboro, TX, has an EIN of 45-                        4333917, and is a 501(c)(7) organization. HAWKS classified by the IRS as a Pleasure, Recreational, or Social                      Club, with a ruling year of 2019.
Action Items:
 
     1. FOTH Bylaws - review comments provided by HAWKS Board
     2. HAWKS Bylaws - review comments provided by FOTH Board due to HAWKS Bylaws used to develop initial FOTH’s             Bylaws
     3. HAWKS and FOTH Boards will conduct two joint meetings per year beginning 2021-2022 Terms to ensure there are             no communication gaps between each organization.
     4. HAWKS Board will ensure they support the FOTH, Chairman fund raising events, and participate in all these                         committees.
     5. FOTH Chairman (Once elected 2021) will explore what Grants Program are available to support Scholarship program
     6. Both organizations new focus now we are all HAWKS and continue to support our communities
     7. All events captured and advertised on websites and local paper to ensure the community know who the HAWKS are!
