MINUTES FOTH BOD MEETING, FEB 25, 2020
MEMBERS PRESENT: ROMAN EBLE-PRESIDENT; JOHNY WETZEL-PAST PRESIDENT; WEMDALL HILDEBRANDT-VICE PRESIDENT; GEORGE BROWN-SECRETARY; MIKE BRIGGS-TREASURER; JAMES MORRIS; FUND RAISING COMMITTEE.
- We discussed receipts for donors; and we discussed receipts for TinoV’s and Richie’s. This would allow the donors to declare the donation on their income tax.
- We now have$1,881.77 in the bank.
- The concert we had to raise scholarship money was a disappointment. We did not get much help from the Hawks. We will bring this up at the next Hawk meeting, and ask for a commitment to our fund raising projects. If we can’t get it we may have to disband FOTH.
- We are having a plaque built which will contain the names of our large donners each year.
